Safe Anchor is a simple monitor of stable position of your anchored boat.
Based on Gps only, no data/Internet connection is required to work.
IMPORTANT : To be more useful, Safe Anchor monitors boat stable final position moved by the wind from anchor position. In fact when you launch anchor the boat will move by the wind to a stable final position and that will be monitored position or distance from anchor!
You could set localization based on Gps only on your device settings.
It works on tablets too.
Simply press dedicated buttons when you launch anchor and after when boat will be on final position (moved by wind).... monitoring will start measuring boat position by Gps data and alerting you if boat will move with a significant and dangerous distance.
Alarm will raise a big sound and send a SMS to phone number you've inserted.
Leave your boat anchored on the sea with Safe Anchor running and go to restaurant or to sleep or to home .... if anchor will move from its stable position, Safe Anchor will alert you.
Set longer Gps update period to save battery and/or leave device connected to its power supply.
